Kaikki hakijat kutsutaan henkilökohtaiseen haastatteluun (4.5.2012), joka toteutetaan osin englannin kielellä.

• Complete knowledge of national safety regulations
 

Key course content

• Electrical installations in housing, industrial electrical installations and electricity
production control, as well as machine automation.
• Equipment and system installations, final safety check and user instructions; installation of overhead and underground cables, as well as of distribution networks of more than 1 000 V.
• In the optional studies: Buildings automation and information systems. Control and adjustment of automatic material handling systems and the process production, as well as information systems.

Please note

• As much as possible, work placement periods abroad take place during the second and the third year of study.
• Please note that visual impairment may be an obstacle to working in this profession.
• Students who are not native speakers of Finnish are tested for their knowledge of both Finnish and English.
• Students are required to have good proficiency in English.
• Some subjects are taught in Finnish.
